We offer a wide range of fonts for your pets name, see the relevant image attached to this pets images or our FAQ page for details, and select the font you prefer. Custom fonts are possible, please leave the font name in your 'notes' at the end.

Core Collection Ordering Guide

1. Sculpture Sizes

  • Small – approx. 12–15 cm (including base; varies by breed)

  • Standard – approx. 16–19 cm (including base; varies by breed)

Notes: Some breeds naturally appear a little taller due to their sculpted proportions.

2. Eye Styles

  • Option 1 – Natural Pupil: More detailed, subtle pupil style for a lifelike look

  • Option 2 – Rounded Eye: Simplified rounded style for a softer, timeless expression

3. Material Options

  • PLA: Affordable, lightweight, durable; used for all urn bases for structural stability

  • Resin: Premium finish and crisp detail; recommended for the sculpture itself if you’d like the smoothest result (eco-friendly)

Note: If you choose Resin for the sculpture, the urn base will still be PLA for strength, however standard bases will be in Resin

4. Base Types

  • Standard Square Base

  • Circular Base

  • Circular Base with Flat Side – ideal if you prefer a nameplate that isn’t curved as on the circular base

  • Polygon Base – a modern, geometric look

  • Square Base with Drawer for Urn Memorial – discreet drawer for ashes or keepsakes (this option will make the sculpture taller as it is a larger base size)

7. Nameplate Styles

  • Concave on a Nameplate: Name is recessed/hollow, revealing the base colour below as the name colouring

  • Addition (Raised/Applied): Simple, elegant lettering applied onto the base

8. Font Choices

  • 16 curated fonts to choose from (see images or Core Collection page)

  • Custom fonts available – provide the name of your preferred font in notes and select “Custom Font.” If it’s not compatible, we’ll contact you with alternatives.

9. Personalisation

  • Pet Name: Add your pet’s name exactly as you’d like it to appear (check spelling carefully).

  • Notes Section: Use this area to provide any extra information about your sculpt or further requests. Some requests may cost extra, we’ll provide a quote before completing any work.

10. Colour Accuracy

Images showing colours are guides only. For more accurate colour references, please consult the colour swatches included in our images. Final finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen differences, and hand-painting techniques.

11. Production & Shipping

  • Creation time: Approx. 3 weeks for Core Collection (we quote 4 weeks to ensure paint fully cures).

  • Shipping: Australia only (via Sendle).

12. Additional Notes & Tips

  • Size Tolerance: Each sculpture may vary by ±1–2 cm due to hand-finishing.

  • Base Felt: All bases are finished with felt on the underside to protect furniture.

  • Preview/Proofs: Core Collection pieces don’t include a digital proof unless you’ve requested one, as models are pre-generated.

  • Custom Accessories: Some accessories may be available at an extra cost (e.g., collars, tiaras, hats); please enquire.
